Concepts

Low-Code Editor

This flow answers a call, plays a welcome message, and connects it to available agents. If the call ends or fails, the program terminates. An event listener monitors state changes, triggering an API call to a CRM system, enabling robust integration without (expensive) third party middleware.

Pink blocks start a flow. In this case it is an inbound call. API calls to the VoIP Fabric platform can also trigger flows.
